Psychometric Assessment is carried out for children and adults in the areas of:

The use of standardised tests of various aspects of intellectual and emotional functioning is often required to guide the clinician in assessment of psychological problems and difficulties, clarifying diagnosis and planning a management programme in appropriate cases. IQ tests such as MISIC, Seguin-Form Board, Coloured Progressive Matrices are used to ascertain the level of intellectual functioning of the child. Bhatia Battery, WAPIS, and Raven’s Progressive Matrices are used to assess the IQ of adults. Psychodiagnostic and Personality Tests such as Rorschach Inkblot Test, Thematic Apperception Test, Children’s Apperception Test, Sentence Completion Test, Multi-Phasic Questionnaire are used to clarify clinical diagnosis. Neuropsychological assessment is an important tool in the diagnosis and treatment of Dementia and other cognitive disorders.
